Denise delivered a delightful experience for our whole wedding celebration! From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, every part was carefully thought out, and we were consulted on exactly the ambiance we were going for. Our crowd was quite mixed, so it was a challenge to please the ballroom dancers, the Bollywood afficionados, the Russian crowd, and those who rock out to the chart toppers from different decades. This was a tall order, but everyone was raving about the good time they had; most people only left the dance floor to eat or grab a drink. Denise was also great at coordinating with the other vendors, having everything run on the timing we had discussed, and making sure that our guests knew what was going on. She even brought her colleague along who had worked at the venue before to ensure that everything ran smoothly. We honestly could go on and on about the wonderful and professional person that Denise is, and the love she puts into her DJing!

I could not say enough wonderful things about Denise, and working with her for your big day will be one of the best decisions you make. Denise is incredibly knowledgeable about music and genres, and has an uncanny ability to read the room and know exactly what to play next to keep your dance floor a party all night long. Beyond that, she’s an incredibly kind and loving human being, who truly loves what she does and will do anything to make your day special. She will be there smiling all night long right alongside you. Denise worked with us for my wedding 8 years ago, and then again for my sister’s wedding last month – having her at both celebrations is something we couldn’t be more grateful for!

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Denise (DJ Deja) for the past few years now and most recently Denise DJ’d and MC’d my wedding and I just cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly a shining light in this world and the events industry and her passion for music and entertaining is unmatched. She is a pleasure to work with from start to finish and she had our dance floor PACKED all night long! Everyone enjoyed themselves and guests were raving about how awesome she was (which I already knew)! We truly did not want the night to end. DJ Deja is the BEST! I’ve had the pleasure of working with her for several years and she makes every event better. She always curates the perfect playlist, and she truly is an extension of our on-site team. Whenever we need a DJ or have a client looking for DJ services, Deja is our go-to. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she’s also extremely professional, reliable, and passionate about what she does. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

Denise is the ultimate DJ! She is way more than someone who spins great music. She brings a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm to each event. She is thoroughly prepared, wanting to understand what the event is about and what you, the client, are looking for. She shows up on time (early, even) and is completely set up and ready to make your event amazing. And she’s 100% present during the event: reading the crowd and playing music that gets people dancing. And if you want her to interact with your guests, she’s SO good at it (tasteful and funny, not cheesy). On top of it, she’s an incredibly lovely and gracious person. I can’t recommend her enough.
